The challenge

A modern car wash needs to receive a car and open its order in seconds, get every invoice right, let its manager follow the branches as it happens, and let its customers book from their phones.

What we built

  1. The cashier (POS)

    A screen that receives the car and opens the order with one touch, reads QR codes for subscriptions and offers, and keeps working offline when the network drops.

  2. The customer app (iOS and Android)

    Instant booking of a wash, live order tracking, online payment, a choice of packages, and loyalty points.

  3. A cloud dashboard for the manager

    Live figures on cars served, average service time and customer satisfaction, branch and package management, and separate permissions for management and branches.

The challenge

A factory that cannot see its stock as it changes loses twice: money frozen in idle raw materials, and orders delayed for want of one essential material. And when a customer complains, it needs to know which production batch was responsible.

What we built

    Stock is tracked live, and every production batch carries a run number that tells where it came from.

A steel-reshaping factory needs to follow raw materials and products between its warehouses precisely, and its staff need to record the day's operations easily.

    Staff record goods in, production and goods out, track raw materials and finished products, and transfer stock between warehouses in an orderly, safe way.

  2. A central dashboard

    Management oversees stock and operations from it, with detailed reports on stock levels and consumption.
