5. Intellectual Property
Origami Sa retains ownership rights to internal codes and digital components unless there is a written agreement to transfer ownership.
Necessary operational files are delivered after receiving full payments.
6. Technical Support
Technical support includes only what is mentioned in the prior agreement.
It does not include development or performance improvement unless agreed upon as an independent service.

8. Terms Modification

10. Service Cancellation and Agreement Termination
The client has the right to cancel the service after paying the costs of completed work until the date of cancellation.
No paid amount is refunded except by written agreement.
In case of any party's breach of the agreement terms, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement without prejudice to any established legal or financial rights.
